I want to be sure that my credit card transaction is secure, how
do I know that it's safe to shop online?

It was our decision at Steel Mirrors to ensure both our customers
security as well as our own from fraudulent card usage. With this
in mind we partnered together with one of the largest secure on
line transaction processing facility's known as Google checkout. All transaction
through our shopping cart are processed and encrypted via a secure
socket layer (SSL). |

What do I do if my mirror arrives damaged?
A-
In the unlikely event your item has been damaged you will
need to contact us within 24hrs. We will make arrangements
for a refund or a replacement to be sent. The damaged item needs
to be repacked in its original packaging prior to collection by
our courier. |

How do I know my order is on it's way to me?
A-
We automatically send emails to confirm your order has been shipped.
This means the courier has collected your goods. You will normally
receive delivery next working day p.m. |

Can
I have my mirror delivered on a Saturday?
A-
Yes by special arrangement with us. There is an extra charge for
this service. |

If I'm not home will my delivery go ahead?
A-
No your goods are insured for delivery and would require
a signature. If this occurs the courier will leave a calling card.
You will need to contact them for alternative arrangements.
There are instances were the courier will leave your order with
a neighbour. |

How do I keep my mirror frame clean. I've
used a market brand furniture polish and the frame has a white film
on it.
A-
Due to demand for our mirrors we are now selling the Metaflux
stainless steel polish. We only recommend this product as its what
we use. The white film on your frame is silicon to remove it use
warm soapy water with a soft non snagging cloth. Leave to dry and
apply Metaflux polish, following the manufacturers instructions. |

What would I expect to pay for postage
on a large mirror?
A-
All individual large mirror orders are currently £20 anywhere
in the UK. |
